Glackin Thomas Panzak was retained by Easttown Township to assist in their efforts to refine ordinance regulations for the Village of Berwyn. The Berwyn Study Group was convened to review new and refined zoning concepts for Berwyn which included architectural and streetscape design guidelines. GTP facilitated group discussions and community outreach that engaged residents to ‘vote’ on various village enhancement options. GTP provided technical planning expertise throughout this process, and translated the Study Group’s vision into new ordinance provisions.
